bangol bet reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity from any player at any time. Such evidence may include a national identity card (NID), passport, birth certificate, or other government-issued document. Accounts for which satisfactory age verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending resolution. Any winnings accumulated prior to the completion of age verification may be withheld until verification is complete.

Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, bangol bet may take any or all of the following actions: suspend or permanently close the account; withhold or void all pending and settled winnings derived from the prohibited activity; recover funds from balances held in the account; and report the matter to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
8. Account Closure & Suspension
Closure by the Player: You may close your bangol bet account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team or by using the self-closure option in your account settings. Upon receiving a valid closure request, bangol bet will process the closure and return any eligible remaining real-money balance to the payment method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
